Some movies, such as the tagged "Stealing Home" or "Corrina, Corrina" aren't Oscar worthy by a long shot, but the songs/music raise them above the usual "it's-raining-what's-on-the-TV?" fare. Another flick with an interesting soundtrack is "Garden State," which I'm listening to right now. (Yes, I have the DVD and CD, just to show that I'm not as prehistoric as I otherwise appear.;) So, do you know of any movie, past or present, like "A Summer Place," that has a soundtrack that's better than the movie? Oops, Keb' Mo' is drawing me back to the "Tin Cup" driving range!
