Spaceships in SF franchises get little to no attention or interest. Here's a look at the "U.C.S.S. Nostromo" compared to the Millennium Falcon, NCC-1701 U.S.S. Enterprise and "2001's" "Discovery." I was aware that the interiors of the "Nostromo" looked frighteningly real. Nothing like surplus aircraft parts for that "yes it could fly through space" look. I didn't know that the "hamburger with an egg" was a rushed job triggered by a TV show!;)
