It all started with my brother-in-law, who heard this on the radio. A search on the Interweb yielded "Bob Rivers" and "Twisted Christmas." It took a while to locate the track among a series of Bob Rivers CDs at Jelly's in Waimalu, but by that time, I found other songs and Dr. Demento, as well.
