Yesterday it was the 65th anniversary of the D-Day.
On the 6th June, at 6.30 am, the American troops came to the French coast and started the end of the war. WWII was won thanks to America.
Two and a half months later, Paris was liberated.
I will always be grateful. The whole world should be grateful...
I love America. Thank you for saving the world, for dying for us, for fighting for freedom. Thank you so much.
Thank you for remembering, Edna. Dont forget, the Brits, Canadians, Free French and the Poles were there too!

I am contemplating my navel. Next I am going to take a shower and scream when the hot water hits my sunburned face, neck and arms. I was out Jeepin' today.

I went out to my car earlier, and noticed the driver side window had been punched in numerous times. Both of my car stereos had been stolen and excess damage to my car, including blood stains. I called the police and had them dust off for fingerprints. Now I have to call the insurance company in the morning.
Wasn't your car just stolen not too long ago?

You will feel better after awhile. You will make new friends and find a way to keep in contact with the others. Consider yourself lucky to have had such a cool and wise before her time gf. Better to have loved then lost and all that stuff. Without having the bad times, the good times seem less special.
