If it is the right girl, Rocky, it is the best thing you can do! I cant imagine my life without my wife and kid. Just celebrated our 11th anniversary on 6/2! Speaking of the kid....I have not posted a shot of her lately. She is a little taller than the last time I put up a picture!

Cool! I look at my daughter and think that if my SF membership were a person, it would be going into 3rd grade! I joined when she was 4 months old.

Lea, I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I can relate to the feelings you have about the big hole her passing has created. This September will be 10 years since I lost my mom and 12 years since I lost my dad. I can tell you that I still think about them daily, but the sting of their absence has been diminished by time. I feel lucky to have known her, even if it was only via the web. I am positive that she was the kind of person that one could not help but like. Thank you, Karma, for your sage advice and friendship. Rest in peace.

Today is my 8 year anniversary here at SF! Though I have not been as active lately as I have been in the past, I still enjoy coming back now and again to see my old friends from the first website I ever became a member of. Long live SF!

No, Lucky, it is a new discovery for me! Sammy, a toaster oven is a table top appliance in which one can choose to either toast a bread item, or bake any other item that requires baking before being consumed. They are handy because they heat up quickly (mine is a convection toaster/over) and do not heat up the room like a regular oven can. Highly recommended.

Holy smokes! I can not believe you are graduating from ND already. Congratulations and good luck in your next move! Has anyone ever put a bologna sandwich in a toaster oven, only to have the bologna turn into a bowl? The cool part was that the cheese melted into the bowl.

Rain missed us yesterday. What a beautiful, crisp Fall day we had! Should be nice for at least the next week. I am thinking about going out to the desert tomorrow to drive over some big rocks with some friends....should be very nice for it!
