  1. This is, by far, the hardest one yet!!! Questions 1 and 5 are IMPOSSIBLE!!! ARGHHH! I think you've finally completely stumped me! But it's still fun!
  2. OK...so, Carl, in the future, by what means do we measure "biggest hit"? I usually use the Billboard Charts. BTW, this month's quiz is great! Everything is specific and spelled-out, for the dummies like me!
  3. According to "The Beach Boys.com" << In 1988, The Beach Boys were at the top of the pop charts with the #1 single "Kokomo" from the Cocktail Motion Picture Soundtrack. The multi-platinum "Kokomo" is The Beach Boys biggest selling hit, climbing to #1 on the pop music and video charts of Billboard, Cashbox, Radio & Records and Hits magazines in 1988 >>
  4. K, I have to ask a question...(now THERE'S a surprise)...Didn't the Beach Boys have their biggest hit with KOKOMO after they were inducted into the Hall?
  5. I have a couple of questions regarding your answers! 5...John Travolta also had an 80's Top 40 hit with "Take A CHance" performed with Olivia Newton-John in the movie "Two of A Kind" 9...Buddy Holly had hits with "Peggy Sue" and "Peggy Sue Got Married" If these are correct, then I think I answered ALL 10 correctly. Thanks, Gina
  6. "Innocent" by Our Lady Peace.... "Spends his days in the basement with Lennon and Cobain" "Creque Alley" by the Mamas and the Papas mentions several "Hey, Hey, My, My" by Neil Young "this is the story of Johnny Rotten" "I love LA" by Randy Newman "crank up the Beach Boys" "Brian Wilson" by the Barenaked Ladies "Let 'Em In" by Paul McCartney and Wings "Phil and Don (Everly)" "I Dig Rock and Roll Music" by Peter, Paul and Mary "Willy" by Joni Mitchell (Willy is Graham Nash) More to come........ :guitar:
  7. Maureen died of leukemia a few years back.
  8. Hi all... On the comments on Dr. Robert by the Beatles, someone makes the remark that it is weird that all the Beatle's first wives have died with the exception of Pattie Boyd Harrison Clapton.....Actually, I believe that Cynthia Lennon is very much alive and well....am I incorrect?
