  1. This crossed my bow while surfing YouTube. Why do the Humans have all the fun? Sign up with The Klingon Empire and take down the weak, perfidious United Federation of Planets!
  2. I was trying to find something new by playing 1980's music by Hiroshima. Then this CD Baby page comes up, and here's a mellow modern tune to shrug off the scary season. Press PLAY for a little "peace of mind."(?) From 2012: "Smiling Jack," live.
  3. Submitted for your approval, a 2009 look behind the scenes of "Galaxy Quest." It's about two days before Halloween, and I am TIRED of "monsters, warlocks and things that go bump in the night." Press PLAY if you just want to see how "Captain Starshine" became "Galaxy Quest," a homage to Space Operas in general and "Star Trek" in particular.;)
  4. "Techmoan" wanted a state-of-the-art late night movie audio experience. However, "your mileage may vary" is the key phrase for this expen$ive "Bluetooth Speaker system." Press PLAY if you want to find out how an over $300 speaker system is as good as $60 stereo headphones.
  5. A bright, cheery song that, for some odd reason, reminds me of "Weird Al" Yankovic. But it's the real deal, something that you might hum or sing in line at the grocery store checkout.;) And, for Halloween, a song about restless spirtts: "Ghosts of Pasadena"
  6. Well, the idiots "dropped the big one" and the apocalypse has arrived. What do you do for music if your guitar is now feeding a campfire? Techmoan has the answer: Crank It Up...continuously. Press PLAY if you want to know how to hear Freddie Mercury "off the grid.";)
  7. This "do 'Space Quest' tasks better than Roger Wilco" is a revelation. I had no idea that The Space Quest Olympics has been going since 2018! Got your Golden Mop handy? Time to prove how great you are in the "Space Quest" universe. Press PLAY if you're "better than Ryley Robinson" of "Subnautica...')
  8. A song for Halloween, from "Hocus Pocus" (1993). Press PLAY if you want to find out what Witches do to naive children on All Hallow Eve!;)
  9. And now for something "deep and disturbing." Here's a look at Modernism, Postmodernism and junk movies. It's a bit of a slog, but if you keep watching, "Velma" floats to the surface. Press PLAY if you want to find out why your local grade school's kids can write/make better movies than Hollyweird.
  10. When is a great idea sabotaged by a wrong choice of media? "Techmoan" presents the smallest endless loop cartridge ever made by Bandai. These single song endless loop tapes could be played on "an Elvis doll" or a "Wurlitzer 1015 jukebox." Press PLAY to hear something apparently marketed only in the U.S. for fans of 1950's Rockabilly.;)
  11. I have heard of the band, but I'm not a fan. So this "treatment" is hilarious and reminds me of "Weird Al" Yankovic's parody of Nirvana. Press PLAY for an epic of misheard lyrics.;)
  12. Good morning, Songfacts members, your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to experience a reviewer's look at "HULU Futurama, season one." Should you decide to accept this mission, if any members are driven insane or lose their lunch over this magnum opus, the secretary will disavow any knowledge of this video. You Have Been Warned! Press PLAY to see if the third resurrection of "Futurama" was worth signing up with an about-to-be-assimilated-by-Disney streaming service.;)
  13. I was looking at "Bob's Burgers" character interactions, when this specific holiday rating video popped up. From "Fort Night" to "The Hearbreak Hotel-oween," take a look at how the Belcher family experience Halloween. Press PLAY if you "The Hauntening" is your kind of Halloween cartoon. Trick or Treat, y'all!
  14. The Mail man dropped off a USPS Ground Advantage package today. Now I don't have to watch "Firefly" reactions on YouTube. As Capt. Mal said at the end of the "Serenity" pilot "I had a good day." Press PLAY if you want to experience the journey of "Serenity," last seen in 2002...;)
  15. News flash: A young Archeology graduate student, Henry Jones, Jr., found this during a dig where Cecil B. DeMille buried old movie sets. This looks like a project that was too big even the master of spectacle. Press PLAY to see what Hollywood (and AI) could do 100 years ago!;) (Nope, no where April first.)
  16. In the original game, exploring the Void was a fast way to die. Unknown Worlds has created a DLC for the likes of "Jacques Plateau." Press PLAY if you dare, there's nothing to lose but your life as you build more amazing Tech to "go deep."
  17. And now for something merely interesting. Fans of Fox TV's "edgy/sarcastic/battling siblings" animated series like "Krapopolis" are Turkish. This ranking of the numerous "Bob's Burgers" characters may put you to sleep, but it keeps me on track. Press PLAY if you're looking forward to the "King of the Hill" reboot.;)
  18. I just saw/survived two episodes of Fox TV's "Krapopolis," which was boring and as "funny as a broken limb." This Medieval cover song fits my mood toward the "age 12-25 obsessed" Fox TV, which has guaranteed THREE seasons for "Krapopolis" straight out of the box! Press PLAY for much-more-than-Classic Rock song.;)
  19. I remember seeing this "tempest in a Sippy Cup" a while back and wondered what all the fuss was about. It looks like a "see it and move on with Life" ad seen on TV. But certain Internet Creatures got hot and bothered about this short Japanese ad. So much alphabet soup flying around the Interweb. Clownfish TV's take on this ad is interesting, and a comment on FUBAR Pop culture. Press PLAY at your own risk! McDonald's Japan ad vs. U.S. Trans ad.
  20. What does a Marine Biologist do for fun? Create one the most memorable children's TV character and world, of course! "Maria from Portugal" takes a look at Bikini Bottom and Steven Hillenburg's enduring undersea world. Press PLAY for your daily dose of science...;)
  21. There are Boomboxes, then there's the biggest, heaviest Boombox of all. "Techmoan" has found the last "bits and bobs" that connect to this AC-only sorta luggable audio package. Press PLAY if you want to find out what constitutes "the whole package...
  22. Submitted to confuse Archeologists of the future, a Rave-ing Adolf Hitler does "Ein, Zwei, Polizei." A hit for artist Mo-Do (Fabio Frittelli), this video is...something Mel Brooks would approve. Press PLAY to dance like it's 1939.;) Official MoDo "Eins, Zwei, Polizei"
  23. And now for something completely different. How was Kate Mulgrew chosen for "Voyager"? Turn on the Way Back machine and see for yourself. Press PLAY if you want to see "an ordinary TV sketch" from long ago destroy "modern writers.";) You Have Been Warned!
  24. Franz Liebling: "Der Fuhrer had better TV to watch in 1935 than that blowhard, Churchill!" Film versions of Nazi TV makes Kinecopes of early U. S. Look like a grade school production. Submitted for your amusement, Nazi "film at eleven." Press PLAY to see what Third Reich TV had in store if they'd taken Moscow...
  25. Found at a Archeological music dig site, an early WTF?/Odd style mix by "There I Ruined It". Press PLAY if you wonder if Michael Jackson could do Doc Watson...
