No problem. Stick around and ask about some more old singles.

I just started to watch it (for the first time) last night. Bought it cheap (previously viewed) at Blockbuster a few weeks ago. Anyway, only got through about 40 minutes or so (had a few errands) but did have quite a few funny moments. I know films are few and far between to be original but its been quite predictable which can be an annoyance. Anyway, don't hold me yet until I finish the film.

I'd say Carmel would of been my first true love. Name your first bicycle (2-wheels)

The only x I can think of is an artist who released an album in the 60s - Iannis Xenakis.

Some artists really think they can survive all their years on just selling the name. Carly Simon to me is just a 70s name. She should like the majority of sports stars that have seen their prime, move on to other ventures. She, like others, another notch down the respect pole for trying to make an easy buck with nil on the integrity level. ******* them.

Love that run. Its quite similar to Dennis Dunaway's (Alice Cooper) in "Halo of Flies."

I need to get some late 70s early 80s out there. After looking through the lists of all top 10s, I'm sure many recall these great tracks. "Shake It" by Ian Matthews "A Little in Love" by Cliff Richard -

I thought someone would of nominated possibly my fav, "Evil Dead." Instead, the more comical "Evil Dead 2" was nom. Oh well, here is the best I can do with the list... 1) Evil Dead 2 (because the first one should of been #1 ) 2) Halloween 3) The Changeling 4) The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 5) Psycho 6) The Silence of the Lambs 7) The Sixth Sense 8) The Shining 9) Night of the Living Dead 10) Child's Play -

I guess I had this coming, me and my big trap. However, you're all a-okay in my books regardless of any repercussions. -

Just a reminder: I did say "with no disrespect" because in all honesty, it would take weeks to read every single post here just to know everyone's likes and dislikes. My statement was from what I've seen so far but don't read into it that I think most everyone has limited music predilection (appreciation). Perhaps I put the horse in front of the cart and for that, my apologies. -

In a nutshell. As much as I digress from the outer reaches of genre naming (ie. check out the variants of hip hop genres and I've seen more), the 'main' genres helps to form a basis of your likes and dislikes. A statement like "It's all rock and roll anyway" is like saying "There is 1%, 2%, homogenized, skim, buttermilk, and chocolate milk but its all milk anyway" but you won't catch me drinking nothing but 1%. However, of course I understand your intention and I've probably proclaimed the same statement once or five times myself. -

I think we're the only ones who voted for Kyuss. I take it (but don't mean any disrespect) that the majority of regular posters here may not be as diverse in musical tastes, eg stoner/desert rock, post-rock, math-rock, progressive metal, post-hardcore, doom metal, etc? -
It ain't all that bad. They were also known as "Harris Tweed" and released an album under that name back in '06. You can go --> here if you want to listen to their latest album. Of course, delete the file after a quick listen and then support the artist.

That's gotta be "Smells Like Teen Spirit." That tune got old quick. He looked through the screen at the back porch door, and he saw Andy lying on the floor in a puddle of blood and he started to shake

Top Ten Even Better Ways To Extort David Letterman 10. Incriminating photos of Dave having a "late supper" with Conan O'Brien. 9. Demand 20% from the Alfred Newman photos 8. Threaten to release Craig Ferguson's audition tape! 7. Superimpose Dave in the foreground, passing the bong to Michael Phelps. 6. Take a time-out with Regina! (he'd be getting strange) 5. The threat of publishing the Courtney Love/Letterman after-the-show pictures. "She made me." 4. Threaten to tell the world that Dave steals all his BEST Top Ten Lists from Songfacts. 3. Threaten to expose that he uses Jay Leno's comedic writers for his funniest moments 2. 1.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (or whatever the correct name is) doesn't mean nothing to me so opinions don't bother none. Now the museum part would be cool.
