  7. My goodness, my beautiful people!! I am truly overwhelmed by all of your kind comments. I was dreading putting my list up because it is so soft. These songs made up the story of my life, each one reminding me of an event, some special and some heartbreaking. I feel so touched by all the nice remarks. Thank you all so very, very much.

  9. I don't look at who nominates what, I just vote for the music I like most. I only know what I nominate and if I like some other song better it gets voted ahead of mine which will happen this week. I don't remember who nominated "Blue Eyes" but it really hits my senses.

  13. I think the term "overrated" depends on who you are. My generation probably thinks all of it is overrated, if they even bother to listen to it. Personally, I listen to everything, a lot I like and a lot I don't. I checked 2 of the bands, neither of which I can stand at all and switch them off when they come on. The rest are OK depending on what song. As for Nickleback, Batman, I would like to introduce myself so you will know someone who likes them. Hi, I'm Karma. (Putting hand out to shake). Teasing of course, but I do like them.

  21. I really like the Doobies too. Even like this song I didn't know that Deep Purple had done a version of Kentucky Woman tho'. I just sort of stumbles onto it in my wanderings. I really like them too.
