  1. All: Remember the Bob Seger live album "Nine Tonight" which featured the song "Tryin' To Live My Life Without You?" Remember how during the intro of this song, Seger speaks briefly with the audience? (i.e. "You guys feel funky tonight?") OK. On SOME of the cassette pressings of this album, the intro of "Tryin' To Live My Life Without You" is longer than what we're used to hearing. Here's how the whole thing goes... The band finishes playing the song Nine Tonight and then segues directly into "Trying To Live My Life". They play two full riffs and then break down to just the drummer the bass and a bit of background organ. Seger says to the audience "All right Boston, we finally made it! So happy we could, yeah! Wanna take this time to apologize if we caused anybody any inconvenience....Sure happy to be here, though. You guys feel funky tonight? Ohh yeah, ooohh! This's an old Memphis song...." On most pressings of the album/cassette, the dialogue prior to "you guys feel funky tonight" was edited out. Does anyone know where one might find a pressing with the full-length version? Just wonderin'. Thanks in advance.
