Another great mySpace find is Marc Pilley, who has given his music the name 'hobotalk' - it's the perfect example of 'keep it simple, stupid' - lovely acoustic arrangements, and a fresh voice to boot.

Can't say I'm a huge fan of her first album (took me a while to sit down a listen to it, and even now I don't find it as interesting as Back To Black)
Back To Black is now one of my favourite albums. Has a lovely Motown feel to it.

I was ill on the night I was due to go and see him in concert - he's a top guitarist.
Bridge To Better Days is my favourite track at the moment.
-
I discovered Sahara Hotnights through MySpace and subsequently ordered one of their albums.
Quite cool.

Through The Windowpane is one of those albums you can pick up at anytime, no matter what you're doing.
Made Up Lovesong #43 and Trains To Brazil are great songs. Thanks for the sharing the YouTube clips - I hadn't checked out the videos before.

I´m quoting wikipedia:
Considered as prog-rock, I find it´s a very easy listening record. Plenty of pretty songs.
What a brilliant recommendation!
'For Girls Who Grow Plump In The Night' too

I'm more of a 'Songs From The Wood' fan.
That rustic feeling. And 'Velvet Green' and 'The Whistler' are top of my Tull list.
-
Flippin' fantastic song!
'Oh Well' has to be one of my favourites - along side 'Emerald Eyes'.
-
I was thinking Minstrel In The Gallery too.
Fantastic solo.
