Hollie Smith sings in duet with Steve McDonald. An awesome ethereal and gorgeous song. I think it is THE saddest song I've ever heard. I share this one often. It is written about a young fallen soldier and how he wishes to be with his mom again and vice versa. I tear up every time. I've loved that movie since I was 7 years old (when the movie came out). This music is gorgeous and always invokes the emotions the end of the film gives. It's a tribute song. Bruce also wrote the score for the movie Man From Snowy River - another horse movie favorite. Mychael Danna & Jeff Danna - "The Child Deirdre" A melancholy celtic tune. ERA - "Sombre Day" & "I Believe" Here are two somber instrumentals by one of my very favorite artists. Both are gorgeous haunting tunes. Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerrard - "Now We Are Free" Since it's not in English, I put it in the instrumentals. This Epic song from the movie Gladiator moves me every time.

X-Files!!!! Best TV show ever. Period. Still a huge cult following even, gosh, 5 years after it went off the air. We still discuss pairings, episodes, the possibility of a new movie, etc. all over the net. Hell, my website is dedicated to it. I make music videos to it still. Doggett/Scully 4-ever! (I'm not a Mulder fan.) I also love Millenium, Harsh Realm, The Lone Gunmen, a little show called Once and Again, and South Park. I also love "Beauty and the Geek". Addicting cheese. Cult shows I can't stand are Family Guy, The Simpsons, and Chapelle Show. Cult shows I still have to watch (never seen an episode but hear all about them) are Lost, Sex and the City, Buffy, Angel, Alias, West Wing, 24, Serenity and it's TV counterpart (?), Desperate Housewives, The Office, and Without A Trace. I'm more of a DVD person than a weekly syndicate person. I'm so glad everything's on DVD lately.
