He has obviously just derided everyone here who happens to be below the age of thirty as if this was some sort of qualifier for intelligence and being able to post here. He's also constantly badmouthing us and acting like we only want to support people because of their age. Not only is it ridiculous generalizing with absolutely no base, but couldn't the same thing be said for him? Stop using age as a basis for "maturity" or "rightness," it is as childish as believing that the Moon is made of cheese or that Bjork is a good musician.
Stop turning a blind eye to this. Kevin is the aggressor, and is obvious by his words trying his hardest to get me banned. And since all you moderators can't see to look beyond the fact that he's well-established in this community long enough to be fair, he's going to get it done.

Nam, I'm "threatening" a ban because you stated about 2 posts ago that my suggestion that you both take a break and breathe would not help anything, that the animosity would still be there. What else is there for me to do?
Talk to each of them privately about it, which I suppose is no longer a concern in my case, anyway.

It's a moderator's job to deal with issues, not issue out bans willy-nilly in an attempt to appease everybody.

This has "blown over" several times, yet I still find Kevin attacking me across the boards. If you don't see it, you need to look harder.

If antagnoizing has been going on here, and it hasn't been in fun, then it's been allowed. If it has been malicious and hurtful of others, then it shouldhave been stopped.
My suggestion is that you stop antagonizing your current victim, who is I believe Kevin, or you will be run through the nasty little banning machine. Those are your choices. Do what you want.

No, this is not true on this forum. Antagonizing is completely allowed here, and if you don't realize it, I can point you to many posts where it was blatantly obvious and malicious.

Isn't that just as likely if you let the opposite happen? Telling people in the middle of an argument to just go about their way lets them justify themselves, and the problem never goes away. At least with kids, you can drag them away from each other or stop seeing them, but considering that this is a forum where other users with grudges will gladly seek out others in order to pick a fight, that sort of logic falls apart in minutes.

Why do the moderators here always believe that the best solution for everything is to break up things like this instead of let them play out? By stepping in the middle of everything, you're only ensuring that there are lingering grudges.
