  1. If you didn't get that Private Message that I recently sent you, my Email address is foristnights@comcast.net
  2. Will it be just the .mp3 file? Also, will you please make sure to scan it for viruses? This way, I know it's a safe MP3, and not some file in disguise. I had that experience with Bearshare, which I used to have about six years ago. As a result, one of my old laptops got a virus, so I switched over to ITunes. Thankfully, ITunes has files of music and other cool stuff, and not a single virus in sight! Even though I have to pay for them that's all right with me. The problem is, however, they don't always have everything I'm looking for. But they do have the ability to request music, as long as I know the vital information, such as the artist name, album title, song title, year released, and record company's name. You can even request things like videos, games, and software as well.
  3. It is there. But I wonder, since it seems to say that the version I'm looking for is only available on LP or cassette, should I just buy the cassette version and then have someone digitally remaster it onto CD for me?
  4. I tried that link, and I clicked on the one you told me to, but it won't let me download the tune. Could you send the song to me via Email? I would kindly appreciate it. My Email address is foristnights@comcast.net
  5. Now The important question is, are there any viruses on those kind of websites? I don't want to risk ruining this new desktop that I have. And, do I have to pay? or are these free?
  6. Do you know perhaps where I could find it? I used to have the tape version as a child. That's how I remember the tracks. Also, I remember that Bert and Ernie were driving on a bus to Uncle Louie's farm. Near the end of Side 1, the bus runs out of gas!
  7. As a child, I remember having this on casette tape. I'm not sure if this is familiar to you, but here is the track listing. I wonder, where I could find this same one on CD? If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I like it a lot! 1. Let's Sing a Song That Everybody Knows 2. The Bear Went Over The Mountain 3. The Eensy Weensy Spider 4. The Alphabet Song 5. 8. Just the other night, while looking for some miscellaneous recordings and music, I heard the most beautiful recording from Journey, and I was wondering where I could find it. I was searching for recordings, and I heard a live recording of Journey's song, "Patiently", with Steve Perry singing lead. I believe it was recorded in 1980, but the only version I can find is on Youtube. Which album, if any, is this recording on, and where can I find it? The video of this recording is on the following link. http://youtube.com/watch?v=nMcHKa-LLME
  9. Did Billy Mays eat anything suspicious? From what I hear on TV, he sounded very energetic in all of his commercials and infomercials.
  10. My stepdad says that the possibility of his cause of death was perhaps because he didn't take care of himself. For example, he didn't eat right, or he didn't exercise. Is any of this true, I wonder?
  11. My question to all you fellow music members is, who's gonna be the new King Of Pop?
  12. That was so sweet of Julian. Poor Lucy. She must be fighting for her life. I sure hope she gets well soon. I would love to have the chance to meet her and Julian.
  13. Who was she? Was it Lucy O'Donnell? Lucy Richardson? Lucy Cook? Which one?
  14. Are you serious? The Lucy from Charlie Brown? The one who's in love with Schroeder? She's 'the' Lucy?
  15. How would I contact Julian? Isn't he living in England? I wonder if he has an Email address.
  16. Now I'm confused. In the article about this song on Wikipedia, it says the girl was named Lucy O'Donnell. Then I just read here that the girl that Julian drew was Lucy Richardson. Which of those two Lucy's was it? Between this and the one on Wikipedia, which article is right? It seems that half the sources I've read tell me that it was Lucy Richardson, and then some say that it's Lucy O'Donnell. Others have even said that it was Lucy Cook, daughter of British comedienne Peter Cook. Now I'm really confused! Can someone please clear this up for me? Any Beatles experts out there?
  17. One thing I'd like to have is a full detailed version of the making of Sergeant Pepper, with all of the details behind every song. For example, the inspiration for the song, how the song was made, recording techniques, and all the different instruments and equipment that they used. Is there a possibility that there is a DVD out there with a full detailed version of the making of Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band? I know there's one out there that's a little under an hour, but it doesn't seem to have all the details that I was expecting. In other words, it doesn't really delve deep into each and every song, one at a time. What I mean is, the entire album sessions, including all of the outtakes and interviews, from beginning to end. I'm the kind of woman who loves to have every little small detail on any piece of music, including the details and outtakes of every recording, and especially all those interviews with the stars and the crew. I just love the accents in their spoken tones! I've got to say The Beatles are so cool! I tried sending an Email to info@georgemartinmusic.com, but sadly, the email got returned to me with a message that says, "Mailbox Unknown". The email address is what I found on http://www.georgemartinmusic.com
  18. I was close enough, wasn't I? 5:10 seems somewhat close to 5:11. Anyway, I love that song, and I'm surprised they didn't have an MP3 of that version. I've put in a request to ITunes, and hopefully they'll try to have that song for me. Just out of curiosity, do you know anybody with that name? Lucy?
  19. Funny thing is, I looked at both of those albums, and neither of the tracklistings show the lengths of each song. Usually they do that on Amazon.com. What's up with that?
  20. I actually made a mistake in quoting the length. The longest version I've heard of is actually 5:11. I wonder what album it's on, this way I can request it for ITunes. Dance, Dance, Disco Lucy!
  21. I tried that list, but all I found is the shorter version, which is the one I already have. I'm looking for the longer version, which I believe is one that clocks in at 5:48.
  22. I've just now heard one of the coolest dance tunes out there, a disco version of the theme tune to "I Love Lucy". That song was "Disco Lucy", by The Wilton Place Street Band. I was wondering, where can I find a high-quality MP3 of that song? I've searched on ITunes, but strangely enough, it's not there! From what I remember, there are two versions of this tune. One version is a little over 3 minutes, the other is a little over 5 minutes. I'm looking for that longer version, and I'm wondering, where do I search?
