    I have a typewriter or two... and an old Grundig turntable. I also have a Pioneer amplifier yet all my vinyls are in boxes and I can't listen to them. Maybe one day I will... I wish I had my old Polaroid :)  Wait, the PC I am using now is 17 years old... hard to work with it, it won't load most of the interesting stuff.

    And life goes on... and we're still around.

  8. Leonard Cohen Has Died

    The MASTER.

    He actually died on November 7th.

    I felt sorry for other rock icons of mine... yet Cohen was like my Godfather.

    I always said I'd save my tears for him.

    And the fact he was Jew makes him my brother.

    I heard him for the first time in 1971. I loved him through all those years. I really loved him. Saw him live eight times but never had the chance to kiss his hands.

    I missed McCartney, Springsteen, Bauhaus and many others. I'll miss Robert Plant and Neil Young as well. I cannot stand huge concerts anymore. Even if I can get free tickets. I'll be 61 by the end of the year and I've seen so many concerts by now... I'm done with it. Just small clubs where friends play...
