There were a lot of good Stones songs that weren't singles.
-
I was gonna get that "Singles" album sometime.
-
Laurie's right. Think about "Born In The USA" and Reagan.
-
oh, and almost anything by the Doors
-
"Beer Drinkers & Hell Raisers" - ZZ Top
-
I've noticed some differences mostly on albums by the Who but it usually sounds the same or a bit better. Just so long as you don't buy the remastered versions of the first 2 Ozzy albums with added musicians (why did he do that?)
-
Yeah, definitely watch "No direction home". Sometimes you hear people yelling TRAITOR! or something. Why didn't they just not go to the shows? Didn't they hear his records?
-
The Stones are simply amazing. I remember the first time I heard "Jumping Jack Flash". I played that song so many times my friends threatened to bust my stereo.
-
It's true. Very true. My school is full of those people. I don't understand why the hell these people want to be screwed up.
-
Not the worst list I've seen. Even though if you listen to the radio long enough you'll hear all those songs played daily.
-
"Ziggy", even though David Bowie put out tons of great records...and tons of crappy ones too...
-
All right, whatever. I ended up with the UK original (and it's awesome). Thanks, people.
-
I'd have to agree with the Seeker, Piper at the Gates of Dawn.
-
"Lenny" - SRV & Double Trouble
"Beck's Bolero" - The Jeff Beck Group
"White Summer" - Led Zeppelin
-
"Come Together" - Aerosmith and "She's a Woman" - Jeff Beck are probably on the top for me. Oh, and am I the only one who despises Joe Cocker's version of "With A Little Help From My Friends"?
-
I think Elvis is probably the most overrated person in the history of music.
-
"Bohemian Rhapsody", anyone? Please tell me you all like that one.
-
Well wasn't In Through the Out Door during the height of Jimmy's heroin addiction?
-
That's hilarious. "When I'm 33, I'll quit." Check 'im out now!
-
There's no way I could imagine choosing. I love 'em both.
-
I like #9, too. Not the first time i heard it, though. The first time all that was running through my mind was: WHAT THE HELL???
-
:/Uh, yeahhhhhhhh....I'd go for coked up.
-
